Emerging Connections

Through guided coaching that is founded on trust and safety, our role is to facilitate and witness your journey toward connecting with your inner self-energy and toward taking an integrated approach to ownership of your choices in life. Connecting with and opening up to your inner world shines the light on what is tender and asking for compassionate attention, what your true needs and wants are, and understanding what the next best step is to promote your well-being. Engaging in this depth of inner relating cannot help but shift your system towards greater capacity to live in alignment with who you are and what works best for you.

Using the Internal Family Systems model to facilitate connections within, we aim to cultivate a dynamic whereby you feel safe to explore who you are while in the presence of a compassionate, attuned, and safe witness.

Meet Sharon

Hi, I'm Sharon Dyck. Living in Ontario, Canada, I worked as a licensed and registered midwife for many years, and recently obtained my BA in Psychology. My interest in Internal Family Systems as a therapeutic modality has grown because of my personal experiences working with my own practitioner, as well as what I learned while studying for my second degree. Currently in a training program with Internal Family Systems Counselling Association, I am due to complete their Stepping Stones program in the spring. This comprehensive program combines live teachings, small-group practice sessions, and expert-led consultations.
